Return Policy
Spill Ninja offers a 30 day return policy. Should any product be defective, or should the buyer wish to return the product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date to arrange exchange or refund of your unused item(s). The item’s receipt and original packaging are required for all exchanges or refunds.
Note: Buyer pays for return shipping for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, the initial shipping charge will not be refunded.
Custom products are not eligible for returns. Products kept for greater than 30 days, or used even when defective are not eligible for returns, unless specifically agreed upon by sales staff. Products damaged by intentional misuse or abuse are ineligible for return.
